I love to run! It has been a form of therapy through the years that has saved me on many occasions. I took up running as a quick and easy way to lose weight. I was clearly delusional. Running has saved me in so many ways. It’s my go to stress reliever, even more than yoga and I love me some yoga. Running gives me more it’s a release a way to let go that in my day to day life that I will never achieve. It’s not an easy path but I dare anyone to try running for a month and not tell me that their life has changed!
